Wealth Broker Management SA is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of its users' personal data, in accordance with the new Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD), as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

Via our form, we collect: information about your property (type, location, surface, estimated price, sale status, time on market) and your contact details (first name, last name, email, phone). No sensitive data within the meaning of the nLPD is collected.

Data is used exclusively for: • Analysing your file and identifying the most relevant brokers. • Sending you our shortlist. • Contacting you regarding your request. • Improving our service (anonymised statistics).

Your contact details are only shared with a broker upon your explicit consent. No data is resold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is kept for the time necessary for the processing purpose, and at most 24 months after your last contact with us, unless legal obligations require otherwise.

Under the nLPD, you have rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability and objection regarding your data. To exercise these rights: contact@bienvendu.ch.
